Attached to the infirmary, the apothecary serves as Stachtenbaste’s pharmacy. Rooted in medieval practice, it’s where medicinal remedies, primarily made of herbs, are ground, steeped, and combined to treat ailments from fever, to infection, to pain.
Staffed by magical healers (reserved for the officers and visiting Aurenclaste) and practical nurses called “matrons,” this vital function is often the only thing standing between a cadet’s recovery and their ruin.

Wolfsbane
Poison that causes numbness, arrhythmia, and rapid death.
